Returns

We accept returns for defective items within 30 days of delivery on unused, unwashed items in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at etspacetech@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Pictures will be required for consideration. 

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

• Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and have verified all information, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right, ASAP.
